Ok,
to start off somebody has to be hurt…..do NOT be dumb enough to go out and hurt
yourself. If you’re not already hurt just wait until you have a headache. My
first suggestion, before you get ready to do what you’re doing: Meditate on it.
Go over in your head what you’re about to do over and over and over so that you
don’t screw up. With the stuff we’re going over in this is just very basic so
you don’t have to worry that much about it. Let’s say you’re cut, it’s bleeding
a little but not even enough for a band aid, Just visualize the would healing,
what it would do over a period of a few days, only visualize it happening in a
few seconds. More then likely it won’t heal completely in just the few seconds,
but it will heal faster. For something larger then just a tiny scratch, try to
give it a few “treatments”. Now visualize something happening in or on the
scratch to ease the pain. My visualization I use for the pain relief is I see
the pain as a glob of energy in the area that hurts. Now shrink the glob of pain down to nothingness as condensed as you can, gather what's left up in one small area, and just visualize it
being pulled out of the area, and just let it loose into the air and let it
stay forgotten. As I used to tell my little brother “Pain is only in your
mind.”
